Conditions of return/exchanges
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
- No restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us and we will email you a return label. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please make sure to send using a tracked shipping method.
- If you wish to exchange an item, we will provide you with a return shipping label, free of charge (for domestic orders only).
- Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges.
- Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate/Swim items (for health/hygiene reasons)
